Payment and Shipping

Discount Codes  If you have a discount code, please enter it in the note/message to seller box and a refund will be issued through PayPal once I process your order.

Payment  I accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.  Please email me if you need a different form of payment.   I'm willing to accept other payments as needed.   I ask that payment be made within 48 hours.   I also combine shipping between my two Etsy stores.  www.firedupladies.etsy.com and www.artrageousclay.etsy.com   I will refund the difference in shipping through Paypal.

Shipping  I ship USPS first class mail. Once your payment has cleared please allow 7 - 10 days for the package to arrive for US orders and 2 - 4 weeks for International orders.

I can ship priority if you prefer for a $5.oo upcharge. Please email me and I will adjust the amount before you pay.

All mailing is done in a jewelry box and bubble envelope or in a box if to big for the envelope. All are well packaged for safe arrival.

International Shipping  I ship using USPS first class international. Please allow extra time for the package to clear customs and be delivered.

NOTE To My International Customers:
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Fired Up Ladies is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
